My stay was amazing! The hotel had a stunning view and the owner was incredibly accommodating. He even helped us with transportation and travel issues. The hotel was also beautifully decorated and had a cozy yet modern feel. The four-poster bed added to the charm. The owner unexpectedly provided beach towels and chairs, which was a nice touch. I would definitely love to come back here on my next trip to the Bahamas.

The panoramic view from the top balcony was exceptional. The villa was nicely decorated with the right balance of cozy meets modern. The four-poster bed added to the charm. The owner was lovely, friendly, and helpful and unexpectedly provided beach towels and chairs. Would go again. The location was also great for visiting some of the best local beaches and restaurants. We'd definitely recommend visiting the Glass Bridge while on the island, where the Caribbean and Atlantic seas meet. We also hired a car from the Villa and got a 4x4 which was in good condition and we'd definitely recommend for the roads as there are lots of potholes and some of the beach access roads an off-road vehicle is needed. Overall we loved our stay at Villa Allamanda and the island of Eleuthera. The directions and location are excellent and within a short drive to town and beaches. The property is beautiful! The owner, John, is very helpful and is always available for questions and suggestions. John assisted us in organizing a local car rental before we arrived as well as suggestions for beaches, restaurants, and tourist spots upon arrival. Great place to stay for a self-guided vacation!
Felt so at home, no complaint.

The location of the hotel was great! It was conveniently located in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore both the south and north ends. The rooms were nice, with everything we needed. The views of the whole island were wonderful, and there was a restaurant nearby, so we didn't have to worry about where to eat.
The walls of the hotel did not block out noise very well, so we could hear our upstairs neighbors. Additionally, the wifi was spotty and sluggish, which was a common issue on the island.
